Narre Warren Kidz Playgroup...

 

Is a relaxed playgroup in a spacious, well equipped centre.  We cater for families with children aged 0-5 school age and currently have a session on Thursday morning.  We promote free play.

 

We have generous indoor and outdoor areas, including a sheltered sandpit, ample toys, soft-play area, kids play kitchen and more.  We have plenty of art and craft supplies and ideas which are available to all our playgroup members.  Our craft co-ordinators prepare crafts for special occasions.

 

There is NO facilitator or coordinator present during the sessions, only the parents/grandparents/caregivers and their children.  The layout of each session is decided upon by the adults in the group, eg: structured or casual.  Currently our group is casual with most of the session devoted to 'free play' however there is plenty of scope for more structure provided the adults in the group are prepared to organise this.  There are various resources available such as books, dress-ups, playdough, creative toys and art and craft supplies.
